How you prepare cleaning estimate?
A: Our cleaning experts survey your home and make an estimate depending upon your cleaning requirement and size of your property.
What is your staff working schedule?
A: Our Cleaning staff work from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
How to cancel an appointment?
A: You can cancel the appointment any time before 24 hours of scheduled cleaning session without deduction of any charges.
What types of services you are offering?
A: We are offering following services along with expert and experience cleaning staff:
- One time cleaning
- On-going cleaning
- Sessional and rental cleaning
- Move-in and Move-out cleaning
- All residency cleaning
- Motor home/Camper cleaning
What kind of payment method do you accept?
A: We accept all types of credit, debits card and check.
Do I have to provide cleaning equipment to the staff?
A: You do not need to provide any equipment or any kind of detergent to janitorial staff. Our cleaning staff will carry all required staff with them.
Should I have to be at my property while cleaning take place?
No, it is not necessary for you to be there when janitorial staff is cleaning your property but you have to make sure that you should provide access of your property to nominated cleaning staff.
Can I choose day and time for cleaning session?
A: You can choose any day and time as per your comfort for cleaning of your house, office or any other property from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Can I customize cleaning schedule? If I require cleaning services on regular basis
A: Yes you can customize your cleaning plan and propose a cleaning schedule, if you need our services on regular basis.
