Hello everyone, I’m here today to tell you about the most fantastic little smokehouse in the Treasure Coast. I am talking about Mrs. Peters Smokehouse. This Gem is off the beaten path in Jensen Beach, FL on Dixie Hwy. I drive by it all the time on my way to go fishing and the smell is intoxicating, the aroma begs you to pull over and get out to see what’s inside and you will not be disappointed. My wife and I stop for lunch quite a bit, the lunch menu is simple but for the price and quality it’s a steal.
They smoke all kinds of fish (not just kingfish) like a lot of fish dip places, the list is very long. They also Smoke scallops and shrimp OH MY Delicious and a lot of their seafoood comes in garlic or cajun. For all you meat lovers they smoke sausage, ribs, pork, turkey legs, chickens and brisket. Now for the fun part. Mrs Peters Smokehouse makes thirteen different fish dips and their own hot sauces. Today I tried scorpion pepper hot sauce and WOW it was hot but tasty.
