Independent providers
Get Your Home Cleaned is a directory. Providers are responsible for their descriptions, services, prices, insurance and legal obligations. Profile review is not certification, employment screening or a guarantee.
Accounts and listings
Use accurate information and only media you have permission to share. Do not impersonate another business. Free profiles require owner approval. Content may be returned for changes or removed.
Enquiries and service agreements
An enquiry is not a booking. Agree all service terms, safety arrangements, cancellation and payment directly with the provider. No service payments are processed here.
Company access
Staff must use their own accounts, accept invitations and act only within delegated permissions. Owners remain responsible for invitations and revocation.
